The second project in the line of Belgravia Ace is the development of a fully furnished resort on Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5. The project is being developed by the Singapore Private Residential Landscape Designers’ Association (SPLDA), in collaboration with the Singapore Tourism Board (STB). The Singapore Private Residential Landscape Designers Association is planning to build a nine-story tower on Ang Mo Kio Avenue, replacing the existing five-storey Singapore hotels. Belgravia Ace is led by Mr. Lim Siow Jin, a former architect who specialises in landscape design and property development.
